SMS Opt-In Policy

This SMS Opt-In Policy explains how Brisa Jobs collects, documents, and honors recipients’ consent to receive text messages (“SMS”) regarding job application updates, service notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
We now require explicit, affirmative consent immediately before a candidate submits their application. On the final “Submit Application” screen (https://app.brisajobs.com/job-postings/), directly above the button, we display a required checkbox and opt-in language:

When the user checks that box and clicks Submit Application, we record:

Allowed Message Types:
Frequency: Up to 8 SMS per month, varying with application activity and service needs.
Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Recipients are responsible for any fees assessed by their wireless provider.
